Working closely with schools, families, and communities, you'll provide evidence-based interventions tailored to the needs of children and young people with mild to moderate mental health challenges.

About the Role

This dynamic role will see you working alongside education leaders, families, and mental health professionals to create safe, nurturing environments for young people. Whether conducting risk assessments, managing caseloads, or providing psychoeducational tools, your efforts will have a direct, positive, and lasting impact on children's lives.

  • Work in partnership with schools, families, and communities
  • Provide evidence-based interventions
  • Develop whole-school mental health strategies

We offer a competitive salary of £38,000-£48,000 per annum, depending on experience. You'll also receive excellent learning & development opportunities, career progression, and an annual performance / salary review.
