About the Role:

You will work closely with a highly skilled multi-disciplinary team, providing high-quality care to infants, children, and young people with varying levels of acute and chronic illness.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to infants, children, and young people with complex needs
  • Assess patient needs and plan and implement effective care programmes
  • Work autonomously, taking responsibility for safe and compassionate person-centred nursing practice
  • Closely collaborate with parents, carers, and other healthcare professionals to deliver family-centred care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and enhance your clinical skills
