About the Role

This is a multifaceted position that requires not only medical expertise but also the ability to nurture the needs of families. As a paediatric nurse, you will be working in a dynamic team environment that prioritises the delivery of exceptional child-centred care.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assessing and monitoring patient conditions to provide high-quality care
  • Checking symptoms and vital signs and arranging diagnostic tests as needed
  • Recognising, responding to, and managing emergency situations with ease
  • Plan, deliver and evaluate standards of evidence-based nursing care to ensure optimal patient outcomes

You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients, adapting your care approach to meet the unique needs of children at different stages of development. Developing strong communication skills is essential to effectively interact with children and their families.
