We are seeking a dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Cygnet Willow House. This role offers the opportunity to work with individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs, providing outstanding care and support.

Job DescriptionThis full-time position involves working 42 hours per week, a mix of days and nights, to deliver high-quality care and rehabilitation to our service users. As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for producing outstanding written reports, working closely with the management team, and administering medicines within healthcare procedure guidelines.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will require:
- A current NMC Pin Number
- The ability to maintain documentation and demonstrate integrity in your role
- A good understanding of the latest nursing practices
- Compassion, resilience, and a dedication to empower and support service user independence
