Care Manager Lead

Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day running of the service(s)
- Develop and implement person-centred support plans
- Conduct care needs assessments and recruit new colleagues
- Complete supervisions, appraisals, medication competencies, and audits
- Attend multi-disciplinary meetings and manage the service's P&L
Requirements: A Level 5 in Health & Social Care and previous experience as a CQC registered manager or in a care management role. You should also have experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviours.
