Lead Care Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead Care Manager to join our team at a specialist residential care provider for adults with autism, mental health and learning disabilities.
About the RoleAs a Lead Care Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of care and striving to deliver the best possible support to our service users. You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement individualized support plans that aim to provide more choice and control over their lives.
The home in Birmingham is currently rated as 'Good' by CQC, and we are looking for an experienced manager to help maintain this standard while aiming for an 'outstanding' rating.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of care professionals to ensure high-quality support is provided to service users
- Develop and implement individualized support plans that meet the needs of each service user
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve organizational goals and objectives
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 2 years' experience in residential care for adults with autism and learning difficulties, preferably at a manager or deputy level
- QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care, or willingness to work towards it
- A proven track record of achieving 'Good' or above ratings from CQC
- Experience in managing a team and developing staff
