**Job Title:** Senior Care Team Lead

**Location:** The Oaks, a vibrant community in Birmingham

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Care Team Lead to join our team at The Oaks. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for leading by example and providing exceptional care to our residents.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in health and social care, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care services. You will be expected to work closely with our care staff to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care and support.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care services
  • Assess and develop individual care plans for residents
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care delivered by the team

**Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in Health and Social Care
  • Experience working in a care setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
