At Bracebridge Care Group, we're committed to providing exceptional care and support to our residents. We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Care Assistant to join our team at The Oaks, in Rubery, Birmingham.

As a Senior Care Assistant with Bracebridge Care Group, you'll be responsible for leading a team of care professionals and ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents. You'll work closely with the management team to develop and implement care plans, as well as lead by example in promoting a positive and respectful culture within the home.

The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality care and support, with excellent communication and leadership skills. They will also possess a strong understanding of relevant legislation and guidelines, such as the Care Act 2014 and the Mental Capacity Act 2005.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, based on a 38-hour week. This is a full-time position, working 8am-8pm, Monday to Friday, with regular breaks throughout the day. We also offer enhanced overtime pay, Blue Light Discount, 28 days annual leave, contributory pension, and dedicated Learning & Development opportunities.

Please note that the successful candidate will be subject to satisfactory references and a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. They must also be authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
