Role Overview

As a Team Leader at Aston, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and development of the children in our care. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Care Planning: Collaborate with social workers, therapists, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the physical, emotional, and psychological needs of each child.
  • Supervision: Conduct regular supervision sessions with team members, providing guidance, feedback, and support to help them excel in their roles. Ensure the safety and well-being of all children within the home by monitoring and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Advocacy: Advocate for the rights and best interests of the children, ensuring they have a voice in decisions that affect their lives.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of the children's progress, behavior, and any incidents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience working with children in a residential setting.
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
  • A commitment to our mission of improving the lives of children.
Compensation and Benefits
