We are seeking a highly skilled Care Team Lead to join our team. As a lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of professionals, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals and objectives. The estimated salary for this role is around £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer regular supervision, training, and mental health support, and are committed to continuous improvement.
