The Bracebridge Care Group is seeking a highly skilled Caregiver Team Lead to join their team at The Oaks in Rubery, Birmingham. This role involves overseeing the care and well-being of residents, ensuring they receive the highest level of service.

As a Senior Night Care Professional, you will be responsible for leading a team of caregivers and providing support to residents with their daily needs. You will also be required to work closely with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery.

This role requires a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar environment, preferably holding an NVQ Level 3 Certificate in Health and Social Care. If you are looking for career development opportunities, we would love to hear from you.

The successful candidate will be subject to satisfactory references and a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. They must also be authorized to work in the United Kingdom.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £22,000-£25,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with enhanced overtime pay, Blue Light Discount, and 28 days annual leave.
