Brainkind Neurological Centre York is a leading charity that aims to improve the lives of individuals with brain injuries in the UK. Our assessment centres, rehabilitation units, and hospitals use expert neurorehabilitation to support people in regaining lost skills.
Salary and BenefitsA competitive salary of £40,000 per annum is offered, along with 38 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays) (pro rata), access to our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), excellent training and support, group life assurance, company pension, long service and staff awards, and free parking.
Job Description- To take responsibility for the health care needs of individuals in the service, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained and delivered.
- To lead, develop, direct, and supervise the nursing team and Rehabilitation Support team to support, guide, and enable people we support with brain injury in the performance of daily living functions and the development of personal skills and potential.
- To support the team in meeting compliance in line with requirements of the regulatory body and relevant legislation.
- To lead on health promotion for people we support in the service.
