Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Residential Team Lead to oversee the daily operations of our Children's Home in Cotteridge and Erdington, West Midlands.

This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary range of £28,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • To supervise and mentor a team of care staff to deliver exceptional residential care services.

  • To maintain accurate records and contribute to the overall performance of the home.

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
  • Prior experience in childcare, youth work, or social care.
  • An understanding of safeguarding principles and child protection policies.
