As a leader in our organization, you will be responsible for managing a team of nursing and care colleagues, driving quality, and maintaining high standards of care on your unit.

As a Unit Manager with us, you will be at the forefront of clinical care delivery, leading your unit's care and nursing teams to ensure we meet the medical, physical, and emotional needs of our residents.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and developing your unit's clinical elements and risks
  • Ensuring care plans and risk assessments are completed and reviewed in a timely manner
  • Acting as the Named Nurse for residents allocated to you, with responsibility for their oversight, review, and update
  • Supervising and managing medication ordering, handling, storage, administration, recording, and disposal

To succeed in this role, you must have a first-level nursing registration with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN and relevant leadership experience.
