**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Training Coordinator to join our Transformation Unit team in the West Midlands region. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the organisation of training events, setting up and managing social media platforms, and working closely with clinical teams to deliver training.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assisting in the organisation of training events and courses offered by Access to Communication and Technology (ACT).
  • Supporting the clinical team to deliver elements of training to stakeholders, clients, their families, and carers.
  • Supporting the setup and management of social media platforms and the website for ACT to promote the service and training available.

**Requirements:**

  • Good education to GCSE level, including Maths and English.
  • A level (or equivalent and/or above) in one or more of the areas of Business, IT, Media Studies, Digital Technologies, Film Studies, English, Psychology, Health Care.

**Ideal Candidate:**

  • Relevant experience in organizing events, bookings, and hosting group events.
  • Relevant experience in setting up training resources.
  • Relevant experience in social media use.

**Salary:** £24,071 - £25,674 per annum, paid yearly.
