At Exemplar Health Care, we are seeking a skilled Nursing Unit Manager to lead our care teams in delivering exceptional patient care.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical aspects of your designated unit, ensuring that we meet the medical, physical, and emotional needs of our residents. You will provide strong leadership to maintain and continuously develop high standards of care, driving continuous improvement across your team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading your unit's care and nursing teams to ensure quality care delivery.
  • Providing strong leadership to maintain and develop high standards of care.
  • Overseeing and managing all clinical elements and risks within your unit.
  • Ensuring timely completion and review of care plans and risk assessments.
  • Acting as the Named Nurse for allocated residents, overseeing their care profiles.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A first-level nursing registration with a valid NMC PIN.
  • Post-registration experience and management or supervisory qualifications.
