We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Transformation Unit Assistant. This role will involve providing business support functions to teams responsible for the management of a portfolio of contracts or transformation programmes, and associated staff.

Job Overview

The post holder will champion collaborative commissioning, focusing on developing and commissioning integrated services that support patients to manage their own care, prevent ill-health, and access services in the most appropriate setting.

  • The ideal candidate will have intermediate knowledge of IT systems and software programmes such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
  • A clear communicator with excellent writing, data entry, and presentation skills is required.

The salary for this role is approximately £28,000 per year. As a member of our team, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive environment that encourages continuous learning and development.
