We are currently seeking a highly skilled Medical Office Coordinator to join our dynamic team at the Transformation Unit within the Sandwell and West Birmingham NHS Trust.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional patient care. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Community Medicine team, including preparing correspondence, reports, and other documentation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Community Medicine team, including preparing correspondence, reports, and other documentation.
  • Assist specialties with dashboard validation and drafting of clinic letters/complaint responses as required.
  • Draft and type correspondence, reports, memos, emails, minutes, and other documentation as needed.

Requirements
  • RSA II Typing/Word Processing or equivalent qualification.
  • GCE/GCSE English or equivalent, Grade C or above.
  • AMSPAR Diploma (or previous medical secretarial experience).

Payscale: £29,250 - £31,750 per annum (pro rata for part-time hours)
