Cruise Administration Expert

Brooklyn Travel Group is seeking a Cruise Administration Expert to support our expansion plans.

We are award-winning Cruise Specialists, part of the UK's leading travel group, employing over 500 travel professionals. Following a record-breaking year, we are looking for talented Administration Experts to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within the Cruise and Travel Industry, with strong administration skills and excellent communication abilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Booking Confirmations: quality/audit checks, processing previous days bookings, and sending confirmation to clients.
  • Tickets: ensuring all tickets are emailed/posted within agreed timescales.
  • Amendments and Cancellations: processing/checking amendments and cancellations in line with supplier invoices.
  • Scanners: checking all invoices received from suppliers match our internal system and updating/querying where required.
  • Costing Queries: taking on initial investigation & resolution of all costing queries from supplier payments.
  • Mailbox management: prioritising & managing mailbox workflow on a daily basis.
  • Diary Management: managing and actioning daily diary entries, prioritising where necessary.
  • Organisation and distribution of incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Supporting the Customer Service and Sales Team in line with business needs.
