As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to our Community Services team, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Community Services team, including scheduling appointments, managing records, and preparing reports.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Respond to queries from patients, families, and other stakeholders, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
