We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our Digital Services ServiceDesk team based at Alisa Hospital in Ayr. This is a fixed-term opportunity for 18 months, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with hybrid working arrangements.
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive technical support to our staff, ensuring the continuous availability and efficiency of our IT clinical and administrative systems. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of desktop hardware and software, including remote access solutions.
To be considered for this role, you will require a HND in Computer and Network Support or equivalent. You must also have experience supporting desktop hardware and software, including Microsoft products such as Office 365. Knowledge and skills in areas such as networking, cybersecurity, and cloud computing would be an asset.
