Job Title: Youth Support Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Youth Support Specialist. This role is ideal for someone who wants to make a positive impact on the lives of young people.

As a Youth Support Specialist, you will provide emotional support to our residents and help them develop essential life skills. You will work closely with the team to create a safe and nurturing environment that promotes personal growth and development.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team, and have a passion for supporting vulnerable young people.

We offer a competitive salary of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive training program, we also offer a range of benefits, including healthcare cash plan, wellbeing support, and loans.
