About the Position:

As a Youth Mentor, you will work collaboratively with the young person and his family to identify his strengths and interests, creating a customized support plan to promote his independence and confidence. Your patience, understanding, and empathy will be essential in building trust and fostering positive relationships.

Requirements:

  • Experience in supporting individuals with Autism or similar conditions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in standard software packages.
