Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Support Worker Specialist to join our team at Aspris Childrens Services. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people and be part of a dynamic and supportive team.

The Role
About the Position:
As a Support Worker Specialist, you will provide emotional support and assistance with daily tasks to young people on a day-to-day basis. You will work closely with colleagues to create a safe and supportive living environment, where young people can thrive and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide emotional support and guidance to young people
• Assist with daily tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth-running residential setting
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with young people, families, and colleagues

Requirements:
• Full UK driving licence (required for transporting young people)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with challenging young people

Working Conditions:
• Shift work, including days, nights, and weekends
• Willingness to participate in training and development opportunities

Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 per annum
