**Job Title:** Support Worker for Vulnerable Youth

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and friendly individual to join our team as a Support Worker for Vulnerable Youth. As a key member of our residential care team, you will provide emotional support to young people with autism, learning difficulties, social, emotional, and mental health needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide emotional support to young people in our residential care settings
  • Assist with day-to-day activities such as getting washed, dressed, and out to school
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our young people

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Resilient, patient, and understanding approach
  • Natural flair for making people smile
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
