About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team at Aspris Children's Services Limited. As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable children and young people in our residential services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the management of day-to-day operations within our services, including rota cover and managing petty cash.
  • Lead by example for the staff team and provide guidance and support to junior staff members.
  • Cover our on-call function on a rota basis and provide emergency support to the team as needed.
  • Engage in and manage each child's plan, ensuring these plans are managed with the highest standards of care and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a supervisory role and already be working towards or willing to work towards SVQ 4 in Social Services.
  • A full UK driving licence, as you will be required to transport our young people to external locations.
