About the Role

Enable is a dynamic and vibrant organisation dedicated to improving the lives of people with learning disabilities. We are currently seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Mental Health Support Worker.

As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of our service users. You will work collaboratively with our team to ensure the safety, wellbeing and aspirations of our service users are met.

The role will involve supporting individuals with mental health needs, including assisting with personal care, moving and handling, and positive behavioural support. You will also have the opportunity to expand their social networks and connections.

We are looking for someone who is kind, patient, motivated and committed to supporting people to manage the symptoms of their mental health diagnosis and lead fulfilling lives.

As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will work alongside Mental Health services such as Social work, Community Psychiatric Nurses, Occupational Therapists and other Health professionals.
