About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team at Priory Group. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to individuals with mental illness and personality disorders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop therapeutic relationships with patients to optimize engagement and promote recovery.
- Contribute to patient assessments, compiling a plan of care alongside the individual, and monitoring progress.
- Lead shifts and mentor student nurses, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Follow all codes of conduct, standards, and legislation, respecting the rights of others and promoting ethical practice.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients, relatives, and external agencies.
- Good working knowledge of the Adult Support and Protection (Scotland) Act 2007.
- Experience in a related environment, with a commitment to patient-centered care and values-based practice.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary starting from £31,900 per annum, depending on experience.
- 25 days' annual leave (increasing with length of service to a maximum of 30) plus bank holidays.
