Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled HR Assistant to join our team in Farnborough, Hampshire. As a critical member of our human resources function, you will be responsible for providing administrative support for employee relations, talent management, and compliance. This role requires a highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive individual with excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining accurate employee records, coordinating training, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Providing administrative support for employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Assisting with HR projects, such as performance improvement plans, follow-up actions, and employee engagement initiatives.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A proven track record of maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, both physical and electronic.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines, prioritising tasks effectively to ensure timely completion.
- High level of attention to detail and strong organisational skills, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and adaptability to new systems.
