Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive change management initiatives to achieve business objectives.">
  • Develop and execute HR plans to support business priorities.">
  • Cultivate a culture of innovation, employee engagement, and talent development.">
  • Support the implementation of people plans for recruitment, training, and succession.">
  • Collaborate with global HR functions across 38+ countries.">

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience as a Senior HR Manager, preferably in sales organizations.">
  • Proven track record in Change Management, leadership development, and organizational design.">
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.">
  • A flexible work environment that balances personal and professional life.">

Compensation:

">

We offer a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $200,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth.
