About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned HR professional to lead our Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) in EMEA. As an HR Director, you will be responsible for designing and executing HR strategies, providing operational excellence, and partnering with senior managers to support their organizational and talent needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR initiatives to drive business growth and success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to senior managers on HR-related matters.
- Partner with local HR teams across 38+ countries to ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and practices.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of experience as a Senior HR Manager, preferably in a sales organization.
- Excellent leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills.
- A strong understanding of change management principles and practices.
- An ability to work collaboratively with international teams.
