Human Capital Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Human Capital Development Specialist. This is a key role that will drive change and support the people agenda in our organization.
About Your BackgroundThe successful candidate will have a university degree with a professional qualification from an accredited chartered institute such as the CIPD (ideally Level 5+), 5+ years of experience in HR, either as an HR specialist or HR partner, and a strong understanding of learning & development, reward, compensation & benefits, and local employment laws and processes.
This is a challenging role that requires someone who can work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. The ideal candidate will be able to develop and implement operational HR plans and strategic initiatives, as well as coach managers on ways to engage their employees and lead effectively.
