Lead Human Factors Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Specialist to join our Human Factors team in Barrow-In-Furness, Filton, or Frimley. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background and experience working on complex projects.
The estimated salary for this role is around £80,000-£110,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities:- Human Factors Expertise: Providing Human Factors expertise to ensure the safety and efficiency of our systems.
- Process Optimization: Optimizing processes to reduce the risk of unintended outcomes and improve overall performance.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Degree in Human Factors: A degree in Human Factors or related field is essential, along with demonstrable experience in the field.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge and understanding of Human Factors principles and practices.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey ideas and recommendations.
