Flexjet Europe is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Farnborough. As a key member of the Human Resources department, you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in HR, with experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and performance evaluation. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including pension scheme, life insurance, and 25 days annual leave.

About the Role:

  • Support the HR Director and International HR Business Partner with recruitment activity
  • Guide managers and supervisors in disciplinary procedures and act as a point of contact for employees
  • Act as a point of contact for employees and managers to address HR-related enquiries and concerns
  • Provide guidance on UK and European HR policies and best practices
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives
  • Conduct regular employee surveys and analyse company SEIQ and PI benchmarking data
  • Manage performance evaluation records and generate reports
  • Collaborate with the HR team in the US to develop and maintain the European Careers Social Media presence

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or similar discipline
  • Proven experience in HR related field, preferably with exposure to all facets of the field
  • Fluency in Italian, preferred
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
