We are a global technology leader with a commitment to innovation and excellence. Our Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) is seeking an experienced HR leader to support our operations in EMEA.
As a Senior HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results. You will work closely with senior managers at EMEA and country level to support their organizational and talent needs.
You will:
- Develop and implement HR plans to support business objectives, including recruitment, training, succession, and restructuring.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive change and improve organizational effectiveness.
- Provide expert advice on HR-related matters, including employee relations, talent management, and organizational design.
What You Should Have - Knowledge and Skills:
- Proven 8+ years of experience as a Senior HR Manager (experience in sales organization is an advantage).
- Experience in Change Management, focused on shifts to culture, leadership, and organizational requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- A collaborative and inclusive leadership style, with ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Compensation Package:
We offer a competitive salary in the range of £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
