Senior HR Specialist

We are a forward-thinking organization based in Surrey, seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a senior HR professional to drive HR initiatives that align with our business objectives and contribute to a positive work environment.
This role will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support across all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of UK employment law, experience managing TUPE related activity, and a proven track record of improving HR processes and documentation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading HR operations and strategy planning
- Improving current HR processes and documentation
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Driving line manager capability
- Aligning company strategies with people-related initiatives
- TUPE - Responsible for all TUPE related activity, including employee contracts, due diligence, and integration
- Pay and reward
- HR reporting
- Managing the HRIS system
- Providing guidance and support to managers and employees
In return, we offer a competitive salary of £60,000 per annum, plus a company car, pension, private medical insurance, 25 days annual leave increasing with service, and life insurance x4 of salary.
