Wendy B Ltd is seeking a talented Employment Relations Specialist to join our team. As an Employment Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and leading complex employment relations cases, providing expert advice on HR and ER related issues, and ensuring legal compliance.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead complex employment relations cases
  • Provide expert advice on HR and ER related issues
  • Draft and review HR documentation
  • Recruitment and onboarding processes
Requirements:
  • Fully CIPD qualified
  • Extensive experience of managing and leading ER cases
  • Strong commercial awareness and communication skills
