Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Public Relations Executive to join our Retail Performance team at BMW UK, Financial Services in Farnborough. This 13-month placement will provide an exciting opportunity to drive improvement projects and deliver engaging communications experiences for the Group Brands Financial Services division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Area Managers in developing and executing the Retailer Communications strategy across internal departments and the Retailer Network.
  • Create and improve content on our internal website and Retailer HUB, our Retailer communications portal.
  • Organise and host Co-Lab networking events, fostering connections between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with business areas to increase engagement with the Retailer HUB and Retailer interaction.
  • Develop new communications and regular weekly updates to enhance engagement with the Retailer Network.
  • Maintain focus on the Customer Journey through the Retailer network, ensuring it is optimised and compliant.
  • Promote high-quality, efficient, and effective work, adhering to BMW Group policies and frameworks.
Requirements:
  • Studying towards a Bachelor's degree of 2:1 or above in a relevant field such as Communications, Public Relations, Business Studies or Marketing Communications.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong literacy skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
