Key Responsibilities
- Account Management: Manage and develop relationships with existing Lenovo accounts to meet customer needs and expectations.
- Sales Solution Configuration: Configure, price, negotiate, and quote sales solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Proactive Engagement: Provide proactive follow-up, product information, and overall account support via telephone to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Opportunity Management: Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities within the public sector, working closely with a Field-based Account Manager.
- Product Knowledge: Sell the full range of Lenovo products and solutions, effectively communicating their benefits and differentiating from competitors.
- Corporate Initiatives: Participate in corporate initiatives, including weekly forecasts and opportunity management, to align with company objectives.
- Sales Reporting: Report to the Internal Sales Manager and Sales Director on progress and achievements against personal KPIs.
- Team Collaboration: Work in a collaborative team environment, contributing to the overall sales strategy and success of the public sector team.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in internal sales, particularly within the public sector, with a strong understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.
- Product Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of Lenovo products and solutions, as well as competitor offerings.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with end-users and stakeholders.
- Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation and sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- CRM Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Dynamics or other CRM systems for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to commute to Farnborough, with the flexibility to work from the office three days a week.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to collective goals.
- Motivation: Enthusiastic and career-minded, with a passion for driving sales and achieving personal and team KPIs.
