Energy Management Specialist

As an Energy Management Specialist with HIRING PEOPLE, you will play a crucial role in providing expert technical support across diverse projects. With full training provided, you will gain hands-on experience in system condition surveys, project management, commissioning, and client systems optimisation.

As a BEMS Consultant, you will work closely with our team to enhance monitoring, control, and systems integration, creating efficient and sustainable environments.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting system condition surveys, producing reports and recommendations for clients. You will also complete feasibility studies, energy management surveys, specification reviews, and evaluations. Additionally, you will provide application advice to clients, produce concept/scheme designs, performance specifications, and detailed design development. Other responsibilities include tender management, project management, commissioning management, and snagging on behalf of clients.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum HNC level related engineering (electrical/mechanical) qualification. A degree in building services engineering or electrical engineering is desirable. You should have good systems knowledge gained through industry work experience working for a BMS/control systems manufacturer, as a contractor or specialist systems integrator, or in a similar consultancy role. Membership/accreditation of CIBSE is also desirable.
Benefits:
As an employee of HIRING PEOPLE, you can expect a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
