Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Strategist to join our Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) in EMEA. As a strategic partner, you will help drive business growth through effective HR initiatives and partnerships.

Key Accountabilities

  • Work closely with senior managers to support organizational objectives.
  • Design and implement HR strategies that drive business success.
  • Develop and lead one direct report, providing coaching and guidance.
  • Promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a sales organization.
  • Proven track record of driving change management initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong understanding of HR technologies and systems.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive annual salary of £70,000 - £90,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
