Job Description:

This role is responsible for collaborating with key sales stakeholders to develop and execute the unit's sales capability plan, leveraging global sales strategies, tools, and materials.

The successful candidate will own the capability arm of the Customer engagement strategy, including design, execution, and continuous improvement of the MWC UK sales customer engagement capability pillar.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and executing initiatives or projects to successful outcomes with a high level of customer focus and adopting a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Experience in areas such as field sales, customer management, customer marketing, category, and L&D.
  • Organisational and time management skills, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Designing and leading specific learning pathways for UK sales, working with key stakeholders to unlock relevant support.
  • Leadership of the Customer Capability Evaluation Framework (CCEF), technical development, marketing, deployment, and reporting.
  • Providing best-in-class learning and development support, including access to Mars University.
