Our client, a leading telesales company, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join their dynamic team. As part of their growth strategy, this role will play a crucial part in driving revenue growth by closing deals from opportunities generated by the Business Development Executive team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of qualified meetings generated by the Business Development Executives, ensuring smooth transitions from initial contact to sales close.
  • Conduct thorough discovery sessions during meetings to understand client needs, challenges, and business objectives.
  • Present and pitch solutions, effectively communicating the value proposition to potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with the company's sales goals and client expectations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term client satisfaction.
  • Regularly update CRM systems with sales activities, progress, and outcomes.
  • Provide feedback and insights to the Business Development Executive team to optimise lead generation strategies and improve the quality of meetings.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by driving conversions from meetings into revenue.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong track record of successfully closing deals and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade senior-level executives.
  • A consultative sales approach, with the ability to quickly understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Outstanding negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with CRM systems and a data-driven approach to sales management.
  • A self-starter with a high level of motivation, capable of working independently as well as in a team.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
