Job Description:

This role is responsible for collaborating with key sales stakeholders to develop and execute the unit's sales capability plan, leveraging global sales strategies, tools, and materials.Proven ability to lead and execute initiatives or projects to successful outcomes, with a high level of customer focus and adopting a continuous improvement mindset.Experience in areas such as field sales, customer management, customer marketing, category, and L&D.Good organizational and time management skills, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Lead the planning and design of specific learning pathways for UK sales, working with key stakeholders to unlock relevant support as needed.Leadership of the Customer Capability Evaluation Framework (CCEF), leading technical development of the tool, marketing, deployment, and reporting.Best-in-class learning and development support from day one, including access to Mars University.An industry-competitive salary and benefits package, including a company bonus.
