Commercial & Access Strategist - Rheumatology

Role Overview
UCB is seeking a skilled Commercial & Access Strategist - Rheumatology to join our UK & Ireland Rheumatology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing sales, marketing, and market access strategies to maintain and expand the sales of our immunology portfolio.
About the Role
As a key member of our team, the Commercial & Access Strategist - Rheumatology will facilitate the development of a broad and deep network of relationships within targeted accounts. This will include a diverse base of customers such as clinicians, pharmacists, procurement, hospital trust executives, and nurse specialists. The role requires a strong understanding of the rheumatology market, including biologics, as well as experience in business planning and business case development.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver territory commercial & market access strategies for Immunology brands through excellence in account management
- Create a positive environment for UCB's products through implementation of the business plan in the defined time frame
- Identify opportunities to drive patient value in key accounts, new projects or added value services that would grow market or secure commitment to UCB products
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a proven successful track record in key account/project management and influencing key NHS customers. They will also have experience and knowledge in the rheumatology market, including biologics, as well as experience in business planning and business case development. Additionally, they will need to hold the ABPI examination and have a strong understanding of the NHS.
