About the RoleThe Commercial Administration Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, management, and Commercial Administrators. This includes processing and analysing costs and sales onto the Management Information System (MIS), submitting deviation from estimates (DFEs) on AFS & MIS, and providing support and answering queries for the Commercial Administrators.
Key Responsibilities- Update and maintain the Management Information System (MIS)
- Provide support to operations team, management, and Commercial Administrators
- Process and analyse costs and sales onto the MIS
- Submit deviation from estimates (DFEs) on AFS & MIS
- Provide support and answer queries for Commercial Administrators
- Assume responsibility for all commercial issues on assigned projects
- Invoicing queries from Team Leaders or Senior Commercial Administration Manager
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, predominantly MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to organise, multitask, prioritise, and work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to adapt to new challenges
- Establish good working relationships with colleagues
