Commercial Administration Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Administration Coordinator to join our team in East Kilbride or Slough office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Update and maintain the Management Information System (MIS) with information from the field.
  • Provide support to operations team, management, and Commercial Administrators.
  • Process and analyse costs and sales onto the MIS.
  • Submit deviation from estimates (DFEs) on AFS and MIS and supply explanations to clients.
  • Support Commercial Administrators and answer their queries.
  • Assume responsibility for commercial issues on assigned projects, including payments to suppliers and invoicing clients.
  • Handle invoicing queries from Team Leaders or the Senior Commercial Administration Manager.
  • Work towards assigned targets every week, ensuring all workstacks are up to date.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to organise, multitask, prioritise, and work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to adapt to new challenges.
  • Establish good working relationships with colleagues.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Effectively manage WIP and complete analysis on estimates to proceed to invoicing.
