Role OverviewThis is an exciting opportunity to join our Commercial Future Leadership Scheme, a 2-year program that will give you a well-rounded holistic view of Sales and Marketing. You will work on the front line of strategic execution and at the centre of product delivery within a FTSE10 Company and one of the top 3 TV advertisers in the UK.
You will be responsible for collaborating on new product launches and brand initiatives, supporting the National Accounts Team on implementing joint business plans, conducting regular analysis and presenting monthly performance reviews, and achieving net revenue, gross margin, and 4P targets.
Responsibilities- Contribute to the development and implementation of commercial strategies that drive growth and category leadership for our brands.
- Support the National Accounts Team in implementing joint business plans and achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Conduct regular analysis and present monthly performance reviews to stakeholders, sharing insights and recommended actions.
- Achieve net revenue, gross margin, and 4P targets for a specified account.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute local marketing and promotional activities.
- Support the execution of in-store merchandising and promotional activities to drive sales and revenue growth.
We are looking for recent or current graduates with a blend of analytical prowess and creative thinking. You should have a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
