Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious recent graduate to join our team as a Commercial Development Manager. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills, contribute to our growth, and carve out a successful career path in business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Business Development:
    Develop and implement effective strategies for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the commercial property and lettings sector. Collaborate with senior team members to contribute ideas and insights to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  2. Networking and Relationship Building:
    Participate in industry events, conferences, and functions to build a strong professional network and establish relationships with key stakeholders.
  3. Sales Support:
    Assist in the development of compelling sales pitches and presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition of our commercial property solutions. Support the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, learning to navigate and overcome challenges along the way.
  4. Client Engagement and Account Management:
    Develop strong client relationships by understanding their needs, providing information, and building rapport. Support the account management process, ensuring client satisfaction and contributing to the growth of existing accounts.

Requirements:

  1. Recent graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  2. Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude towards professional development.
