Job Title: Commercial Manager

Smiths Group plc is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and development in the New Energy market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development plans to drive revenue growth in the New Energy market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including End Users, OEMs, and project managers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with the Projects team to prioritize and manage project funnels.
  • Provide market insights and analysis to inform the global strategic agenda of Smiths Group plc.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop sales enablement materials and training programs.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of commercial experience, with at least 5 years in business development in a regional team.
  • Knowledge/experience working in Energy Transition and related industries.
  • Degree in engineering or equivalent work experience.
  • Solid multi-project management skills and experience required.
